◆ Characteristics : Core characteristics of materials 1. High self-lubricating, extremely low friction coefficient of 20%, high content PTFE evenly dispersed, preferred for oil-free lubrication conditions, with wear resistance far superior to ordinary pure PA66; Friction motion has low noise. 2. The formula without fiberglass is different from fiberglass+PTFE wear-resistant nylon, which will not scratch the paired metal shaft/mold and is suitable for grinding with soft steel, aluminum, and copper. 3. Heat resistant and stable PA66 matrix is resistant to high temperatures and suitable for continuous medium temperature operation of components; Derivative model: RL004S (RL-4040 HS)=same formula+high thermal stability system, suitable for long-term high temperature environment. 4. Shortboard reminder does not contain fiberglass, and its rigidity and strength are lower than fiberglass reinforced wear-resistant nylon; Average impact toughness; PTFE will slightly reduce adhesion and electroplating ability.
